How do I log into the virtual conference?  
Registrants must log in with their KyANA credentials or the credentials created when the event registration form was created. If you receive an error message when trying to access a session, please first check to make sure you are logged in.  If you see a "My Account" tab in the top right area of the menu, you have successfully logged in. If you see a "Login" tab in the top right area of the menu, click "Login" and enter your credentials. To reset your password, click here. 
 
How do I access the conference materials?  
To access the conference materials, you will need to make sure you are logged in to this Virtual Meeting Portal and then navigate to the home page.  Click on the 2024 Virtual Spring Pharmacology Meeting card. The video and chat will be located at the top of the screen. Scroll down to access each session’s materials including speaker information, handouts, and the post-session assessment. 

How do I access the chat feature?  
To access the chat feature, navigate to the conference session. Scroll past the live stream and the chat feature will appear. Your screen should look like the picture below.  
Enter your name and click “Join”. Your screen should look like the photo shared below. Click the chat icon at the top right. The chat feature will expand allowing you to view the chat and interact with the speakers and fellow attendees.

What time zone is the meeting and what does that mean for my participation?  
The conference agenda and times are in the Eastern Time Zone (ET). Please be aware of your local time and plan accordingly. 
 
How many credits is the full meeting worth? 
This program has been prior approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology for 5.00 Class A CE credits; Code Number 1044119; Expiration Date 3/9/2025. 

AANA designates this program as meeting the criteria for up to 5.00 CE Credits in pharmacology/therapeutics. 
 
How do I access the free core module? 
Through our partnership with CRNAeducation.com, meeting attendees will receive FREE access to the Technology Module. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access this CPC Module and the coupon code.   

How do I earn my CE credits? 
To receive credit for this education, you will be required to complete the session assessment and meeting evaluation in the CE assessment. Once you have completed the CE assessment, a CE certificate will be made available to you. Please note this will be a fillable document. You will enter your name and AANA ID Number and then save the document for your records.
